The apartments have a fully equipped kitchenette with crockery, cutlery and cleaning equipment (detergents and detergents not included). Dishwasher, oven/microwave and kettle.
In all the apartments and in the common areas of the Residence is possible the free access to the wi-fi internet line.

All apartments are equipped with LCD televisions, safe, hairdryer, microwave oven, dishwasher, video intercoms, programmable air conditioning and heating, access doors with magnetic card.

It is possible to request rentals of only 2 nights or long stays (not annual). In these cases please contact our booking service to formulate an offer.
In July and August the minimum booking period is at least one week (with arrival/departure on Saturday).
Methods of payment
Deposit of 30% of the total amount upon confirmation of booking. Payment of the balance on arrival at the Residence.
We accept payments with credit cards VISA and MASTERCARD.
Prices do not include any city tax.
Cancellation policy and insurance policy
CONDITIONS OF SALE 2021-2022
A) In the period from January to 31 May 2021 and
from 5 September 2021 to 31 March 2022
At the time of booking a deposit of 30% of the total amount will be charged.
The deposit in case of cancellation will be fully refunded up to 10 days before the guest's arrival minus € 50,00 cancellation fee.
From the 09th day to the 05th day before arrival 50% of the deposit will be returned minus € 50,00 cancellation fee.
From 04th day to the day of arrival it will be automatically non-refundable.
It will be given the possibility, upon explicit request of the customer, to use the non-refunded deposit, either 50% or 100% deducted, for another stay with validity until 31/12 following the year of the cancelled stay and for the same days of stay.
Payment of the balance of the stay will be requested on arrival, except for additional services requested during the period of stay which will be paid for on departure.
In the period from 1st May to 30th September the tourist tax of the municipality of Cesenatico is applied, to be paid together with the stay on arrival.
B) From 1st June 2021 to 4th September 2021
(Reservations for a minimum stay of 1 week)
with Europ Assistance insurance coverage
At the time of booking, a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the stay will be charged and the Europe Assistance insurance policy will be activated free of charge.
The insurance policy covers the cancellation of your stay, also due to illness from Covid-19, assistance during the trip, to your family, to your home, medical expenses and re-routing. For policy conditions see THIS LINK
The deposit in case of cancellation will be refunded in full up to 30 days before the guest's arrival - € 50.00 cancellation fee.
Payment of the balance of the stay will be requested 30 days prior to arrival except for additional services requested during the period of stay which will be paid on departure.
In the period from 1st May to 30th September the municipality of Cesenatico applies a tourist tax, to be paid on arrival.
In case of cancellation of the trip, the penalty applied according to the cancellation conditions of the Residence Millecento below, will be refunded through the insurance policy according to the policy conditions that can be consulted AT THIS LINK except for the deductible in the cases provided for and reported in detail in the policy conditions.
CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION covered by the insurance policy :
from the 29th day until the 10th day before arrival, a penalty of 75% of the total amount of the stay will be applied;
from the 9th day to 1 day before arrival a penalty of 90% of the total cost of the stay will be charged;
in case of no show, a penalty of 100% of the total amount of the stay will be applied.
The customer will receive from Residence Millecento the refund of the part of the stay exceeding the penalty applied, according to the modalities that will be agreed.
In the event of cancellation for reasons not covered by the insurance policy, and solely and exclusively for cancellations caused by sudden regional and governmental closures for Covid, the customer will be given the opportunity, at their express request, to use the total amount paid and not refunded, for another stay valid until 31/12 following the year of the cancelled stay and for the same duration of days, excluding a €50.00 cancellation fee which will be deducted from the amount made available.
The voucher may also be transferable to third parties.
c) CHECK-IN, arrival time and other provisions
Upon confirmation of the booking, or upon payment of the deposit in the period A) from January to 31 May 2021 and from 5 September 2021 to 31 March 2022, or the balance of the stay in the period B) from 1 June 2021 to 4 September 2021, the Management will send the summary of the stay with details of the IBAN on which to make payments, the conditions of sale and the policy conditions, if activated. The client will be asked to send the personal data of each guest in order to carry out the on-line check-in procedure to guarantee short waiting times on arrival and to avoid crowds, as required by law.
The arrival time will be agreed with the reception the day before the start of your stay. Check-in and entry into the flat is from 13:00 on the day of arrival. Check-out and exit from the flat is before 10:00 a.m., to be agreed with the reception in order to avoid congestion in the common areas and assemblages as per regulations.
In all cases of cancellation, the client will be provided with a summary of the amounts withheld as a penalty to be used for the activation of the insurance policy or as a reminder of the amounts withheld.
By confirming the booking, the customer also accepts these conditions of sale of the Residence Millecento, including the cancellation conditions contained therein, the conditions of the Europe Assistance Insurance Policy which can be consulted ON THIS LINK, the provisions to slow down the spread of Covid-19 as per legislation and any other agreement made when booking the stay.
