The tourist tax is applied by the Municipality of Cesenatico only in the period: 01 May - 30 September 2024
A) In the period 1 January / 30 April 2024 and from 10 September 2024 to 30 May 2025
A deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay will be charged at the time of booking. In the event of cancellation the deposit will be refunded in full up to 10 days prior to the guest's arrival minus € 50.00 secretarial fee. From 09° day to 05° day before arrival 50% will be returned minus € 50,00 secretarial fees. From 04th day to the day of arrival it will be automatically non-refundable. It will be given the possibility, upon explicit request of the client, to use the non-refunded deposit, either 50% or 100% deducted, for another stay within the current year of the cancelled stay , subject to availability .
B) From 01 May to 09 September 2024
Stays will be for a minimum of 7 days unless a last minute offer is made.
A deposit of 30% of the total stay will be charged at the time of booking.
In the case of the following types of accommodation: Mare Superior and Mare Delux, the deposit required at the time of booking will be 50% (divisible into 2 instalments) . 30% at the time of booking, the remaining 20% to be agreed at the time of booking.
The deposit in case of cancellation will be fully refunded up to 30 days before the guest's arrival - € 50,00 secretarial fee.
from the 29th day to the 25th day before arrival 50% of the deposit will be returned - €.50,00 secretarial expenses. After the 25th day before arrival the deposit will no longer be refundable.
It will be given the possibility, upon explicit request of the customer, to use the non-refunded deposit, either 50% or 100% deducted, for another stay within the current year of the cancelled stay, subject to availability
Bookings covered by an insurance policy from 01 June to 31 August 2024 :
For minimum stays of 1 week
In this case, a deposit of 30% of the total amount will be requested at the time of booking
In the case of the following types of accommodation: Mare Superior and Mare Delux, the deposit required at the time of booking will be 50% (divisible into 2 instalments) . 30% at the time of booking, the remaining 20% to be agreed at the time of booking.
In order to provide the insurance coverage, the guest will be asked to send the name and surname of every single guest who will stay at the Residence during his/her stay.
The deposit in case of cancellation will be refunded in full up to 30 days before the guest's arrival - € 50,00 secretarial fee.
The payment of the balance of the stay will be requested 30 days before the guest's arrival and will be followed immediately by the receipt or invoice .
In the event of cancellation after the 30th day from the moment of arrival, the insurance policy taken out with Europ Assistance will come into effect as follows......:
CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION covered by the insurance policy :
from the 29th day and up to the 10th day before arrival a cancellation fee of 75% of the total amount of the stay will be charged;
from the 9th day to 1 day before arrival a penalty of 90% of the total amount of the stay will be applied;
in case of no show the penalty of 100% of the total stay will be applied.
The Management will send, at the moment of the reservation request by the guest, the summary of the reservation with the Iban details to make the deposit
Check-in is from 13.00 . Check-out until 10.00 a.m.
In order to try to organise the flow of arrivals and departures in the best possible way, the management of the Residence reserves the right to contact guests a few days in advance.
